Bob Sullivan, President & CEO

Robert Sullivan has been the President and CEO of The Wireless Source, Inc. since he purchased the Cellular Division from Telesource Services, L.L.C. in October 1999. Mr. Sullivan was the General Manager of Telesource Cellular from the time the subsidiary was created in May 1994. Telesource hired Mr. Sullivan in 1992 to develop its newly formed computer repair services business. His responsibilities included business development, operations, P&L results and personnel management. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Sullivan was the National Sales Manager of Parameter Driven Software in Bloomfield, MI. Mr. Sullivan was responsible for managing the sales team and developing a national two-tier distribution channel of computer software developers. Prior to that Mr. Sullivan held various positions at Unisys Corporation including District Services Sales Manager, responsible for the revenue attainment of Professional Services of the District Sales staff. Mr. Sullivan holds a BBA from Eastern Michigan University. |

Mike Patterson, Technical Services Manager

Michael J. Patterson has been Technical Services Manager and Warehouse Supervisor since October 1999, when the company was acquired. Mr. Patterson was employed by Telesource Cellular in October 1996 to direct warehouse operations. During that period Mr. Patterson also assumed the position of Technical Services Manager and began training for OEM repairs. Along with two years of undergraduate study at Oakland Community College in Pre-Engineering, Mr. Patterson is also certified Level III repair with Nokia Mobile Phones and Level II repair with Motorola, Inc.

John attended Siena Heights University where he received a Bachelors of Arts in Business. Peggy Brock, Return Authorizations Manager

Peggy Brock has been employed with The Wireless Source since 2001, handling a variety of jobs, such as programming and serializing cell phones. In 2003, she began work in the Receiving Department and took over RA's in May. Peggy has previous experience with Jabil Circuts in building and repairing cell phones, along with other products that require circuit boards. |

Gordon Weis founded The Wireless Source, Canada to provide the unique and industry-leading services and capabilities of The Wireless Source to the Canadian market. He is responsible for business development, operations and business performance in Canada and serves as the executive account manager to the Canadian sector. With extensive experience in environmental auditing, environmental management systems, ISO 14000 certification, sustainable business practices and product stewardship, Gordon also serves as the Director of Sustainability and Product Responsibility for The Wireless Source and its cellular equipment recovery initiative, The Charitable Recycling Program

| Wendy Weis founded PhoneBack, Canada to establish and offer The Charitable Recycling Program in Canada. As the Program Director, she is responsible for all aspects of program development from creation of awareness through program delivery. Wendy's background is well-suited to the provision of this unique blend of environmental, communications and charitable initiatives. She brings over 20 years experience in sales and customer service in the cable and communications industry, combined with program implementation and customer satisfaction skills established in the consumer loan, finance, credit and banking sectors. Wendy enjoys the interaction with consumers, community groups and charities and the challenge of introducing and expanding The Charitable Recycling Program concept across Canada.
