Returning phones during the warranty period  to The Wireless Source can now be done online quickly and conveniently.  You will be required to know the ESN's of the phones you are returning - so you may want to retrieve that information before starting.  To review our warranty information - click on the ICON near the bottom left of the screen. Follow these easy steps: You will see a login option to the right if you are currently not logged into the site.  If you have forgotten or do not know your customer login information - you can retrieve it through email or if your email has changed - click here to have a customer service rep. update your information.   Identify the ESN of the phone(s) you are returning using our convenient search functions or  file import procedure.   Identify the reason for the return for the phone(s).   Select a Ship-To Address.   Final Order Review and Confirmation of request (this step will deliver you a Return Authorization Number that you will use when returning the phone(s) to us. It's that easy.
