The Wireless Source Warranty Policy
When purchasing from The Wireless Source, the product(s) are warranted
from defects in material and workmanship as specified on our sales order.
Should these items electronically fail under normal use during this time
period, The Wireless Source will, at its option, repair or replace the
defective item with a like or similar product.
The Wireless Source does not offer refunds or return for credit.
Should The Wireless Source be unable to replace the product, it may at
its sole discretion, refund the money at the current selling price less 20%.
This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or
modification of, any of the product, including the antenna. EXCEPT FOR
THE FOREGOING EXPRESSED WARRANTY, THE WIRELESS SOURCE, DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
EXCEPTIONS:
- 1. Equipment for which payment is not made in accordance with originally agreed upon terms.
- 2. Equipment specifically offered AS-IS or superseded by other warranty.
- 3. Equipment which, in the sole judgment of The Wireless Source was abused, misused, altered, neglected by the customer or damaged in shipment.
- 4. Reconditioned batteries for transportable and portable phones have a 90 day warranty.
- 5. Any equipment returned that does not bear The Wireless Source's identifier.
Refused Shipments:
Any of The Wireless Source's equipment that is refused without prior
notification will be subjected to a restocking fee and you will be responsible
for shipping costs. The restocking fee will be 20% of the total invoiced amount of
the refused shipment.
